John Austin | Managing Director

An International Talent Management Executive with a proven record of establishing, leading, growing, and selling profitable Human Capital SaaS businesses, John has industry-leading expertise in integrating assessment solutions with Applicant Tracking Systems and Human Resources Management Systems.

In 2007, his Australia-based Talent assessment and consulting company, Talent Technologies, was acquired by US-based PreVisor, and John moved to Atlanta to become director of international product management. A New Zealand native, John previously founded SHL NZ Ltd, in 1993, and continued to work in senior management roles for the SHL global organisation in the UK, Europe and the US until 2001.

Rose-Anna (Johnston) Feist | Chief Financial Officer

Rose-Anna utilises her strong analytical skills and passion for accounting in developing and managing Talegent’s financial infrastructure.

An accountant with a varied background, Rose-Anna contributes to the strategic direction of the business. Besides forecasting and reporting cashflow, she implements accounting systems and procedures to support the growth of Talegent.

Mike Hart | Technology Director

A 20-year software development industry veteran, Mike is an accomplished, results-driven executive with a long record of success in building, leading, and stabilising technology organisations, and in aligning technology solutions. Particularly adept at incorporating emerging technologies and out-of-the box solutions to drive successful top-and-bottom-line results, his specialties include: Enterprise Technology Solutions, Product Development, Web-Based Solutions, Project Management and Vendor Partnerships.

Prior to his role at Talegent, Mike managed R&D for StayInFront, Inc. – a leading global provider of enterprise-wide customer relationship management (CRM) applications, decision support tools, data services, sample inventory management solutions and eBusiness systems.

Emily Rust | Talent Assessment Director

Emily is a registered industrial/organisational psychologist, specialising in talent identification and analysis. She has a long track record of creating customised solutions that have delivered superior outcomes aligned to her clients’ organisational goals.

Her extensive work portfolio includes talent assessment and development, training, selection methods and process design, talent identification, leadership development, job analysis and validation/business outcome research. Her particular focus is ensuring that companies match talent to roles, teams, management and the organisational culture.

Emily has a Master’s Degree with First Class Honours in Industrial, Work and Organisational Psychology (examining the relationships between person-factors and job performance), and a Post Graduate Diploma in Applied Psychology. With a fresh, pragmatic, and innovative approach to problem solving, she strives to unite academic best-practice with the real-world, challenging situations that organisations face.

Cameron Beazley | Product Director

A psychometrician with a comprehensive understanding of interactive web technology, Cameron is passionate about the creation and validation of innovative psychometric assessments for large-scale recruitment, and has recently been pioneering the use of dynamic 3D computer generated simulations, branching video based situational judgment tests, and other emerging technologies.

Drawing on a wide range of disciplines—including IO psychology, advanced statistical analysis and modeling, behaviour analysis, technology, and the relationships between personality, behaviour and workplace performance—Cameron has designed, developed, and implemented customised solutions for numerous leading companies including Deloitte (Graduates), Coca Cola Amatil (Territory Sales), and The Warehouse (Team Leaders and Team Members/ Customer Service Reps). Prior to Talegent, he ran a successful consulting practice, and served as Account Manager at Talent Technologies NZ Ltd.

Justin Falk | Business Development Director

With nearly a decade of experience in the UK and Australian recruitment services sector, Justin has been involved in all stages of recruitment campaigns including sourcing, employer branding, recruitment advertising, interviewing, psychometric testing and facilitating assessment centres. During this time, Justin has been involved with clients such as mi5, Royal Bank of Scotland, HSBC, OneSteel, Parsons Brinkerhoff, Michael Page and Arup.

Building strong industry partnerships, account managing existing clients and looking after the business development for the Australian side of the business, Justin is committed to ensuring that he can provide a consultative approach for Talegent clients, ensuring their solutions will offer the best outcome for the whole recruitment cycle.

Nicola Mitchell | Account Director

A psychology graduate with extensive customer service experience, Nicola is uniquely suited to her mission to marshal Talegent resources for assuring our clients’ on-going delight—by speedily integrating and implementing; by continuously improving recruiting efficiencies, cost savings and quality of hires; and by immediately responding to any issues that arise.

After finishing first in her BA/BHSc degree in Psychology, Nicola applied herself to business in a number of customer service roles, which led her to discover her passion for I/O Psychology, and the opportunity to apply it at Talegent as she works toward her Masters degree and beyond.

Mason Wiley | Director Global Marketing & Alliances

As head of Talegent’s marketing and global distribution, Mason is able to draw on his over 25 years experience in marketing, advertising and customer experience design for a wide range of leading U.S. and global corporations including Wellpoint, Sony, Coca Cola, Disney, AT&T, Johnson & Johnson, Lotus Automotive, and Warner Brothers Games. In addition to his primary responsbilities, Mason also plays a lead role in Talegent’s product and customer experience design, and heads Talgent’s USA-based office in Boston.

Prior to Talegent, Mason led Marketing for two INC 500, pre-IPO startups and a leading online direct response agency, served as creative consultant to Universal Pictures, served as VP Senior Consultant for a leading customer design consultancy, was Creative Director for a leading Hollywood ad, headed his own Chicago-based marketing communications agency, and more.
