Facilitator

John Austin is a recognized Organizational Psychologist and International Talent Management Executive with a proven record in establishing, leading and growing Human Capital Organizations. A New Zealand native, he founded SHL NZ Ltd in 1993, and worked in senior management roles for the SHL global organization in the UK, Europe and US. His previous global roles include Product Manager  and Organizational Psychologist with PA Consulting Group, Mobil Oil and Deloitte. At present, he is the founder and CEO of Talegent, a global assessment organization uniquely offering assessment solutions for the digital age.

Policy for Registration

The event is by-invitation only and is free of charge. However, since seats are very limited, we would like to give equal chances to as many companies as possible to send their delegates. Therefore we will adopt the following policies:

  • We currently accept 1 delegate for each company. If you will register more than 1 delegate, they would be included in the waitlist and seats can not be guaranteed yet until we give a final confirmation.
  • If you wish to send more than 1 delegate, a registration fee of P2,400.00 will be charged for each additional delegate. Email inquiry@talegent.com.ph for billing information.
